SmartSky filed a lawsuit in federal court last week against one of its suppliers, Wireless Systems Solutions, related to theft of intellectual property and failure to deliver product as promised. But that filing only scratches the surface of what is happening. WSS had filed in state court the prior week and the two parties are now bickering over just about everything. Such drama.
